Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 dl of water
  • 3 dl of soaked cashew nuts
  • 1 dl (100g) vanilla powder
  • 1 krm Vanilla powder
  • 1.5 dl water
  • 1 tbsp stevia straw

Top with berries and coconut butter.

Soak 180 g of cashew nuts for at least 1 hour

INSTRUCTIONS:

Soak the chia seeds and stir until there is no lumps.

Leave for about 10-15 minutes.

Mix together cashew nuts, vanilla powder and water in a powerful mixer. Taste!

Pour the cashew cream into a bowl and mix with the chia seeds.

Taste with light straw / stevia straw.

Top with berries and coconut butter.
