Luxury start – apple pie with vanilla & cinnamon!
Calories per serve
- 200 g ProPud Vanilla Pudding
- 1 ½ dl oat flakes
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut
- 1 egg
- ½ dl apple puree
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ grated apple (slice the other half and use as garnish)
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a suitable dish. Slice the other half of the apple and use as a garnish, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve lukewarm with a scoop of vanilla pudding!
